The goal of St. Raphael Religious Education Program is to provide children in our parish with the opportunity for spiritual growth through instructions, nurturing and family involvement. In doing so the children and their families will deepen their relationship with God, enhance their sense of belonging to the Church community and be called to share their gifts and talents with others whom they meet along their spiritual journey.
No one is kept from religious instruction and the sacraments because of disability. Our Special Needs Program works with students and their families so they can also grow in the faith and know God's abundant love.
Religious Education at St. Raphael is continuous beginning in First Grade. Students receive the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist in second grade. Formation continues through 8th grade with students receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation in the fall of their 9th grade.
